How do I cancel/modify my reservation?Please note that any modification request that is “NOT IN COMPLIANCE” with the terms of your reservation (i.e. cancellation/modification deadline or minimum night requirement) CANNOT be processed.

Be sure to always check with your team manager who will have all the details to reserve a room within your team’s block.
How does the reservation process work?
- Reservation information email is sent to team parents by team managers or coaches.
- Once parents submit reservation through team group page, an emailed confirmation is received with an 'ARN reference number'. This is NOT a hotel confirmation number.
- Cancellation & modifications can be made thru appropriate links provided.
- Hotel confirmation number will be emailed at a later date.
Note: Hotels will not be able to access your reservation using the 'ARN reference number'.
