How do I make a reservation and/or add my name to the team room list?

To add your reservation to an existing team room block, please contact your team’s administrator for the dedicated reservation link.

To make a separate reservation from a group block, you can view current hotel availability by locating the event on the event listings page.

Please note that any modification request that is “NOT IN COMPLIANCE” with the terms of your reservation (i.e. cancellation/modification deadline or minimum night requirement) CANNOT be processed. 
Requests after the deadline MUST be communicated through the ‘Team Manager’ who set up the block.

How do I request my hotel reference number?

If you lost or didn’t receive your hotel reference number, please fill out the form below

Be sure to always check with your team manager who will have all the details to reserve a room within your team’s block.

How does the reservation process work?

  1. Reservation information email is sent to team parents by team managers or coaches.
  2. Once parents submit reservation through team group page, an emailed confirmation is received with an 'ARN reference number'. This is NOT a hotel confirmation number.
  3. Cancellation & modifications can be made thru appropriate links provided.
  4. Hotel confirmation number will be emailed at a later date.

Note: Hotels will not be able to access your reservation using the 'ARN reference number'.
